- A 3 night minimum is necessary to reserve a room. Please call for
exceptions.
- 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. Reservations of 3 nights
or less require 100% deposit.

- We use the currency converter posted in the business section of the L.
A. Times online (www.latimes.com) to convert dollars to pesos.
- A 3% service charge is added to credit cards charges made at the
Iguana Inn. This charge Does Not apply to reservation deposits.
Refund Policy:
- 100% up to 30 days prior to arrival date
- 50% up to 15 days prior to arrival date.
- Non-refundable within 15 days of arrival.
- Christmas season ( December 18 thru Jan 1 ) deposits non-refundable
within 30 days of arrival
